Laboratory Blender Bags

Grade produces Laboratory Blender Bags that are ideal for use in ANY Blender machines. We produce our own bags and they are produced to very exacting standards. The bags undergo a more thorough quality control process than other producers, which means that our failure rate is negligible.

A double size (4mm) seal to ensure all faults are totally visible giving the added security of no leakage.  We use the correct blend of polymers for superior strength and elasticity.  The bag is tested in production at eight times the normal usage.

All the bags are Gamma irradiated to ensure a safe environment for food laboratory testing. The bags are made of high quality, food grade extruded LDPE.

Standard bags

Standard bags are available in 3 sizes: 80, 400 and 3500 ml. The 400 ml bags are also produced with straight and curved bottom seals.

Separator bags

Separator bags are standard bags with a filter/strainer bag suspended inside. The filter is a full width bag that has a mesh size guaranteed to allow the free movement of organisms through it, whilst stopping debris and fat through. This makes it easier to pipette the sample for testing. Separator bags are produced in 400 ml straight and curved bottom formats.
